Paying for your project
Two ways to pay, and no surprises in either. Building finishing materials are a considered purchase, so the default is that you see a firm, measured price before any money moves.
Pay after measurement
Place the order without paying. We measure for free, confirm exact quantities, and send a firm price for materials, delivery and any installation. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Pay online by card
Prefer to settle the material up front? Once we have reviewed and approved your order, pay by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Link on Stripe's secure checkout, straight from your order page. Delivery, tax and installation are still confirmed with your final quote.
Larger projects
Whole-house and multi-unit jobs are usually staged, so payment can be too. Tell us the scope and we will set out the schedule in writing before anything is ordered.

Pay online as soon as your order is approved, or place the order and pay once quantities are final.
3. We deliver and install
Scheduled delivery across our service area, with licensed installation partners.
Need to spread the cost?
We do not currently offer an instalment plan online. For larger projects, call the trade desk on (415) 815-5596 or email contact@finishingmaterial.com and we will talk through a payment schedule and put it in writing. Contractors and property managers with repeat work should ask about account terms.
